Project Controls Management

The main questions in every complex industrial project are:

  • Do we work according to the original objectives and qualifications?
  • Will this project be delivered on time?
  • Will the project be completed within the originally defined budget?

Executing projects within above given parameters tend to be more and more complicated. Contractors will try to reach to the limits of what is profitable for them whilst you as an owner are mainly interested in budget conformity, quality and compliance to laws and regulations and delivery on time.
